Using PixelRecord
By using this website or PixelRecord, you agree to these terms. Use the service only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to capture, edit, and share.
Your content
You keep your rights in the screenshots and other content you create. You are responsible for what you capture, export, or share.
Buying PixelRecord Pro
PixelRecord Pro is sold through a reseller that acts as Merchant of Record: Stripe, through Stripe Managed Payments, or Lemon Squeezy, depending on the checkout you use. The reseller processes your payment, charges any applicable taxes, and issues your receipt, and its terms also apply to the purchase.
After payment, we email a license code to the address you gave at checkout, usually within a few minutes. One code unlocks unlimited screenshots in up to 3 browsers at a time, for your own use. You can move it by removing it from one browser and entering it in another. Please don’t share your code publicly.
Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal fees. It unlocks the Pro features of PixelRecord for Chrome, including updates we release to them, for as long as we offer PixelRecord for Chrome.
Refunds
If PixelRecord Pro doesn’t work for you, email hello@pixelrecord.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are paid through the reseller to your original payment method. A refunded code stops working in every browser where it was active.
We may also turn off a code after a chargeback or payment dispute, or if it is shared publicly. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
Availability
PixelRecord may change, pause, or stop features at any time. The service is provided as available and should not be your only copy of important work.
Our work
The PixelRecord name, website, software, and design are protected by applicable law. Please do not copy, resell, or misuse them.
Changes
We may update these terms as PixelRecord develops. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
